OpPIS® is in its accounting part adjusted and preset according to good business practice. Every company can be led by one person, or the work can be divided among several people.
Code registers which are unified for the entire country, such as exchange rates, countries, currencies, account plans… ... are unified throughout the information system, however, they can be arranged to suit anyone. Individual modules are entirely independent but when occurring simultaneously they exchange data. In this way we are able to configure various combinations of information system according to the desires of an individual company.
Presentation of modules
The tax declaration module enables you to make DDPO for any form of business subject and it can be directly delivered to e-taxes. The module also enables prognosis preparation. For you may be preparing your tax declaration throughout the year and so figure out what your tax will be at the end of the year, assuming you use the same continuity of business in the future.
VAT books - Records
The TVAT books module is designed to mark and process received and issued invoices, their automatic bookkeeping into the principal book and general ledger and assuring the data for the financial administration.

The Principal book module with the customer and supplier’s ledger enables the collecting of entries which arise from other programs and modules, and manual vouchers. Entries collected in this manner present a basis for preparing statements such as the bookkeeping journal, trial balance, ledger card, customer and supplier’s ledger card, commercial inspections, compensations, various analysis, calculation of default taxes etc.
The General assets module is designed for keeping a journal of general assets. It assures balancing and disclosure of legislative information set by SRS 2006, or companies in their internal documents. General assets can be recorded following the model of cost of acquisition, or the model of reevaluation. The module is easily managed.
The Mail book module enables you consistent and clear paper regulation. Through a simple user interface you are able to enter received and sent mail, scan documents, sort the mail into content groups and enable yourself a simplified review of the documentation which arrives and leaves the company.
The Interest module offers you the possibility of a quick calculation of default taxes. The possibility of a quick calculation of default interest with any chosen interest rate, for any chosen time interval following the linear or conform method. The rates of default interests are maintained on the Opal server and you can import them or use the option of automatic daily refreshing.
The Scanning module is a lot more than just scanning, for you are able to make a visual contact with the documents found in the system (such as received and issued invoices, bank statements, pay rolls, received and sent mail …).
The Benefit module gathers its data from several sources simultaneously; the data are available for Slovene legal entities with a personal identity number or tax number. The module enables quick and easy tracking of the balance and daily changes of all partners.

OpPIS also has an OpPIS customer which enables clients of an accounting service a direct on-line review into their data whenever and at all hours; by installing certain access, you can enable them certain entries, such as work order entry, cash register receipts and expenditures…
